Designer Statement
Being passionate about something is so much more than just liking or enjoying the practice. Design involves dedication, focus, and striving forward. It’s about being frustrated but pushing forward because you know the reward is worth it. Design is my passion. It’s the thing that grabbed my attention back when I didn’t know the importance of typography, color choices, and hierarchy. Design created a door of opportunity that allows me to build connections with the environment and community around me.
However, that’s not all design is. Design is inspiration, the way we see design and the way we interact with it, creates a sense of wonder and excitement in different people for different reasons. I communicate with design. I strive to express emotions, feelings, concepts, messages and so much more through my creations. With creativity and passion, I can create and inspire the world around us.
The most important thing about design is our ability to establish connections through inspiration.
